Nowhere in the world has witnessed a ServiceNow talent growth like eastern Europe. Whilst some partners how harness delivery capabilities in Poland and Czech Republic, Romania by comparison has gone largely unnoticed by the market.
In 2019, Scarce joined forces with ABIT Puresoft, a ServiceNow specialist provider with offices in Bucharest and Cluj. ABIT are everything we want in a partner. Their enthusiasm for collaboration is unbridled, whilst their expertise in the platform overshadows many of the biggest players in the partner ecosystem.
Their founder Alex Banica is still at the helm. His mastery of ServiceNow and his passion for innovation make him a true leader in the ServiceNow community. With a team of over 35, spread over 2 sites in Romania, they are growing to meet the increasing demand for quality implementors. Their teams of architects, designers, senior consultants, project managers, developers, UX designers and testers are highly experienced in managing the entire end to end delivery 100% remotely, or can be on site in UK and Europe as needed. This flexible hybrid of remote/on-premise delivery enables Scarce to maximise the affordability of ServiceNow to a wider range of organisations that otherwise may be forced to consider other IT solutions.
DELIVERY and Serviceberry
With the explosion in ServiceNow implementations across the US and Europe since 2013, it is easy to forget that there are strong talent pools further afield. The UK in particular has experienced escalating resource rates for talented ServiceNow consultancy amid this unerring tide of new ServiceNow customers.
The development of India has a talent hotbed for ServiceNow expertise has gone largely unnoticed by the market.
In 2017, the directors of Scarce travelled to Mumbai to meet the leadership team of an exciting ITSM provider, Serviceberry. Formed through an alliance of friends over a decade ago, Serviceberry still exudes the integrity and ethics of a company founded on true friendship. Through that meeting, our lasting and valued partnership was formed. Since that date, Serviceberry have developed into a ServiceNow powerhouse, having achieved Elite partner status with ServiceNow, with incredible customer satisfaction levels to their credit.
We see Serviceberry as the global engine room of our business. They provide the technical platform expertise remotely that underpins and complements our process adoption and operational readiness streams.
DOWNUNDER DELIVERY and Punch
In late 2020, we welcomed Punch IT into the Scarce family. With a strong track record of remote delivery to a number of geographies including UK and Australia, Punch are a welcome addition to our delivery portfolio, giving us a delivery capability in the APAC region with premises in Melbourne as well as across India.
Punch can provide on-site and remote implementation, project or support services to our clients based in Australia, to support the Scarce Sydney sales office in managing their client base. With a team of over 50, spread over Melbourne, Bangalore and Pune, they are perfectly placed to provide a range of services to this growing marketplace. With India support centres covering both UK/European and Australia service windows, their flexibility and dedication is a welcome asset to our business.
PEOPLE and SOM-3
