Why Choose Scarce IT?

There are many consultancies offering ServiceNow resources services so what do we feel are our differentiators?
1. Remote Delivery
Our delivery teams are experts in implementing and enhancing ServiceNow, remotely. By harnessing the power of collaboration software and ServiceNow itself, we connect people. Empowering stakeholders, users, resolvers and project managers to visualise progress interactively and to drive your transformation journey instead of spectating. Unleashing creativity and collaboration for faster results using Agile and transforming your business speedily, effectively and affordably.

2. ServiceNow Only
We are ServiceNow specialists. In fact, ServiceNow is all we do. We are UK service and sales partners with ServiceNow, enabling us to provide compatible services to UK organisations.

3. Availability
Because we have global ServiceNow expertise partnerships, we are not subject to localised demand shortages or rate hikes. Our service quality and price does not fluctuate as a result, so as our customer you receive a consistently high service quality and guaranteed availability.

4. Price
By focusing only on the ServiceNow platform and by leveraging remote service delivery worldwide, we optimise our service supply chain, which means that we can deliver our services to UK clients extremely competitively.

5. Sustainability
IT service providers have been much slower to adopt “cloud” attitudes to human resources. Remote delivery means we can avoid unnecessary travel, reducing your carbon footprint. Enabling global providers to remain in-country also reduces the social and economic impact to workers.
As our ethical credentials come under increased scrutiny, sustainable resourcing policies and carbon offsetting are no longer nice to haves but are fundamental to the decisions our customers and partners make when choosing our products.
